Get rid of a cold sore before it even pops up 🚨

Sky is blue. Shit happens. Cold sore are common.

A cold sore usually starts with a tingling, itching or burning feeling, over the next 48 hours small fluid-filled blisters appear, then burst and crust over into a scab, which clears up on its own, at its pace... And there you go: 10 days of your life spent looking like shit and feeling like an outcast with “Caution Herpes” written all over your face.

It’s OK. I totally get you. I am part of the crew.

Whenever I am tired and stressed, pop! There you go, a cold sore! After many years experiencing with patches, creams, etc. from the pharmacy, researching the whole internet for some witchcraft, I finally found the solution to get rid of a cold sore ultra fast. It works wonder with me, and I hope it will for you too.

Get rid of that cold sore in no time!

As soon as you recognise the early tingling feeling, use Ravinstara essential oil as follows every two hours:

  1. One drop on a cotton bud to apply the oil on the cold sore.

  2. One drop in the inside of one of your wrists, brush your wrists one with the other and inhale.

Wash your hands with soap and water before and after applying the above treatment.

When I do this, the cold sore doesn’t bother me more than 2 days. It really treats the cold sore fast! If I do it early enough, it doesn’t even appear. I strongly recommend you to always carry a little bottle of Ravinstara with you, especially when traveling as every minute counts here.

To help the treatment

  • drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration

  • take vitamins (vitamin C for instance will do)

  • give reiki a try

Careful

Cold sores are contagious. So be careful, especially with babies, do not kiss them! Cold sore can lead to neonatal herpes, which is very dangerous to newborn babies. Oh and also: no oral sex please. Heaven can wait!

P.S.: I am a nice person, I didn’t share any disgraceful cold sore pictures… Have fun with Google Images!
